群体免疫

群体免疫(herd immunity),是指人群或牲畜群体对传染的抵抗力。群体免疫水平高,表示群体中对传染具有抵抗力的动物百分比高。因为,疾病发生流行的可能性不仅取决于动物群体中有抵抗力的个体数,而且与动物群体中个体间接触的频率有关。如果群体中有70%—80%的动物有抵抗力,就不会发生大规模的爆发流行。
